Specifically tailored to re-engage young people into education, our classes are small to enable extra support where needed.  Let this be your pathway to further studies or employment.

This training is delivered to eligible individuals with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to access training funded through the Skills First Program.

CHC30213 – Certificate III in Education Support

Become a qualified teacher’s aide and be an integral part of the modern classroom. You will learn how to support children and young people and contribute to their education.

First Aid

Delivered by Yarrawonga Neighbourhood House—RTO: 21765

Date:  Saturday 1st February

HLTAID001 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Learn the current techniques and methods of CPR

Time:    9am – 1pm               

Cost:   $70

HLTAID003 – Provide First Aid

This unit applies to all workers who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.

Time:   9am – 5.00pm

Cost:   $155

Note: Early enrolment is essential to allow time for online component to be completed prior to class for the HLTAID003 and HLTAID004 Courses.

HLTAID004 – Provide and Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting

This unit applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies.

Time:    9am – 5.00pm

Cost:    $180

Venue:  Numurkah Community Learning Centre

Note: Early enrolment is essential to allow time for online component to be completed prior to class for the HLTAID003 and HLTAID004 Courses.
