
CHEESEMAKING WORKSHOPS
We have sourced a cheesemaking trainer to deliver cheesemaking workshops, during which you will make the following cheeses:
Camembert, Danish Blue, Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Burrata, Feta, Halloumi, Farmhouse Cheddar, Cottage Cheese and Ricotta.
All materials are supplied.
There are three dates to choose from:
Date: Thursday 2nd April, Friday 3rd April and Saturday 4th April
Time: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Where: Numurkah Town Hall – Supper Room
Cost: $221.44 for early birds or 245.91 (Booking is available on Eventbrite)
