
CHEESEMAKING WORKSHOPS
We have sourced a cheesemaking trainer to deliver 2 x 3-hour cheesemaking workshops, during which you will make the following cheeses:
Camembert, Mozzarella, Danish Blue, Danish Feta, Halloumi, Farmhouse Cheddar, Cottage cheese.
Each participant will get to take home approximately 1kg of cheese that is made in each workshop.
The price of the workshops will be from $105 per person, depending on the numbers.
All materials are supplied.

Workshop Two
Date: 2026 Dates to be confirmed
Time: 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Where: Numurkah Town Hall – Supper Room
Cost: $123.61 per workshop or $221.44 for both workshops
