We have sourced a cheesemaking trainer to deliver cheesemaking workshops, during which you will make the following cheeses:
Camembert, Danish Blue, Mozzarella, Bocconcini, Burrata, Feta, Halloumi, Farmhouse Cheddar, Cottage Cheese and Ricotta.
All materials are supplied.
