Yoga Classes by Spark Physio Co

The style of Yoga taught at Spark Physio is called ‘Purna Yoga’ – it is a holistic approach incorporating Asana (Yoga postures), Pranayama (Breathwork) and Philosophy. 
Classes are generally slow-paced to encourage correct alignment, safety and mindfulness. The class is suitable for first-timers/beginners and those who are more experienced. With a focus on both stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, yoga is a great way to unwind, reduce stress and rebalance your mind, body and spirit.

Yoga is available on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Saturday morning of the month at the Information Centre located directly across the road from Spark Physio.

Sunday Yoga Class

Libby would like to offer a Yoga class that will be a gentle and relaxed flow where we can have a laugh and take it easy together.  After class, if you have time, we will go out for Brunch and a catch-up.
